Great job the Organization of Bhutanese Communities in America (OBCA) for bringing up the above mentioned projects with the vision of benefiting the general public. Hope, OBCA would come up with such other projects in the days ahead too. Wish you all the best.

Mr Ramdam, we appreciate your contribution for the community once again after Jhupadi ko Jindagi and other lots, I am your fan as well. you deserve good artist and Director. Thanks for giving such time to build up the community. Keep it up.
IT IS A GOOD START.CONGRATULATION TO HARD WORKING FRIENDS OF OBCA.BUT THERE SHOULD BE A REGULAR MONITORING WITH D.J $ BM.GOOD LUCK TO REST OF THE TEAM.THANKS
Now the organization has begun serving the mass as an entertainment council. Is this how the milestones were drafted in the charter of this organization? Is it not worth calling our honorable elected board members as the ‘artist of motion picture’?
I hope OBCA might have prioritized objectives regarding the social paradigm and resource or asset broadening than diverting the path. Most of the honorables are mere entertainers than the social leaders and worth fit in the area.
Good Step towards empowering fellow bhutanese resettled in this country and abroad specially in the field of arts, literatures and cultures which is very important for our identity preservation in this multicultural world of taday.
Everyone, working for these great jobs, deserves congratulation.
BNS: I WISH COMMENT BOX IS TURNED OFF.YOU MADE ME WRITE AGAIN ABOUT THIS FILM AND MAGAZINE AND OBCA PEOPLE.
GOOD JOB.
OBCA IS CONSISTENTLY MAKING PROGRESS. THIS IS A PHENOMENAL MOVE OF A NATIONAL ORGANISATION. FILM MAKING AND MAGAZINE IN NEPALI LANGUAGE IS NOT AN EASY WORK THAT CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED IN A MINUTE.I THINK THE MAIN OBJECTIVE IS FOR THE PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF CULTURE AND LANGUAGE IN A NEWLY ADOPTED COUNTRY.
LIKE MR. TASHI ABOVE MENTIONED ABOUT MR.D.J.RAI AND MR. B.M RAI (BROTHERS) MONITORING AND REGULAR WATCH IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . DON’T EVEN TRUST YOUR OWN DADDY IN AMERICA. BEWARE OF THESE PLAYERS.
Mr.Ramdam,we really appreciate your contribution towards our community since from the very beginning. But as Tashi,s says you need to be conscious and alert with two brothers. You even don,t have enough time to regrate.Best of luck Mr ramdam n his team.
It sounds like great foundation within this short period of time. This will definitely pave the way to reach the hidden talents in the community.Hopefully, this channel will make connection to all the Bhutanese people and provide the sense of community, culture and values.
Good work, one can do nothing, but sum can do something, keep it up friends.
Beginnig of new era in diaspora. Good job. Keep it up.
Good job done. Very creative people. Talented youths.
Organisation is not only for name shake and yearly convention (picnic)
OBCA lunched its website for information and communication.
A national organisation should be little serious while building the web page.. Webpage of OBCA looks like kids web page. Its ashamed the whole Bhutanese community around the glob. It really require professional inputs. There are Bhutanese IT professional who may be willing to help or IT professional may knock the door if door is open for all.
Please don’t fool the people. We can fool for a day or two not all the time.
Thanks bns for bringing the news of newly publish magazine in Nepali language
who ever brought-out the magazine you people did the good job. “I would like to say thanks”.
But How do we get the magazine? If anyone can help me to get a copy?
thanks

I think many commentators seem unknown about the OBCA’s activities. The four communal guys are deceiving many Bhutanese in America. People like Ramdan is fully fooled and dragged towards gambling. The big four guys two brothers and two others who already misled many people back in the camp and in America for their personal benefit which is completely unacceptable to the majority of Bhutanese in America. A big conspiracy and a fraud network of OBCA should stop saying BHUTANESE COMMUNITIES IN AMERICA.
I am surprise how these people have their guts to fool these many elite Bhutanese again. Young Media like BNS should analyze the hidden side of the coin. If BNS is true media publishing news of Bhutanese then it should not be mouth piece of OBCA. The cover page of the magazine is apparently biased and reporter was already fooled.

Lets ask those community leaders to go to school rather than playing dirty games. Obca and Aba are the play grounds for retired with amphibian brains. Let them not play any more because the play ground now is full of indicators and precautions.
Dear commented one, I seems you people are very smart to blame any one in any time and situation. I don’t think you people had done anything beside eating from food stamp and sleeping in AC. Hey you lazy guys at least do some thing for the community
either that is good or bad, just think positive for and try to involve, this is also
your community and your organization. Join hands with every one and suggest if any one is wrong, don’t just blame without involve. People like you had not done anything back in Nepal and also don’t want to do anything, you people are habituate
to blame only, community cannot expect a single support from people like you.
ok,If OBCA of ABA stopped doing anything than can you do a single thing for the bhutanese? Man No one is there in this organization beside Bhhutanese leaders, you also have same right to involve and run the organization. And also you have rights to kick those culprit from the OBCA and ABA but don’t blame and miss treat the person and organization. Making film, and printing Magazing is the devloment of the community not and joke, if you also can do than common with the project.
Could you please justify your past community services for Bhutanese community back in refugee camp and now in The Usa? Let us see what one is doing right now whether eating from food stamp and sleeping in AC. By the way what are you doing now ? are you under obca or aba or simply like the common Bhutanese in America? You are not sure of what you want either good or bad? do you mean that one acts without logic and reasoning? If that sounds well for you, please never try to make a difference between good or bad. is there hard and fast rule one needs to be under obca or aba? you seem smart. thanks for your writing. to commented one.
GOOD WORK!
People like shambu might be a big gambler who never wins gambling. Every people has right to eat and lives in AC. No doubt you have your own foodstamp. By your expression you could be the one of those who fools other. Shambu, like you, neither make your own home nor others. If any such filthy organisation stops fooling people than people get better oppertunity to do their own business.
Mr. Bed or Beda what ever. What have you done than? either in Camp or in USA. People who comes with negative comments always have negative thoughts for the community, or any one else who are try to do something for community. Mr. bad at lest think positive man, this what I am trying to suggest you. If you comments in such way and try to bring valiance in between of Bhutanese brother than just think about the future of our community? so try to involve in any organization OBCA or ABA whatever or you also form one organization, no problem, but bring resources for the people this what we desired not simply sitting in the computer and start writing comments. that way you are not building community but spoiling them. So that only taking food stamp and sitting in AC will be benifit for us.
Launching of website and producing a film based on the life of Bhutanese refugee are OK, but whose brain is behind selling magazine in this electronic era? Why don’t you create a section in the website to include all the contents of the book.I think everyone will save that way and I am sure many more people will get an opportunity to go through it. Any way BEST OF LUCK.
This is progressive. Keep it up.So happy to see OBCA’s great contribution which will definately bring new revolution in Bhutanese in USA .
I can not give you the solid community activities that i have done in Nepal and in the US.
I have done much in the camp and outside. I participated in every meetings conducted by any organizations and party. I shocked hands with all the invaluable leaders and worked with them in occasion and opportunities for living.
Think about Cycle procession to Bhutan, I was the first person to come out of Jalpaiguri jail in 1996.
I have attained many human rights seminars and workshops which I couldn’t make good use of it.
I have served in the camp school and denied to take incentives provided by CARITAS for couple for months.
BPP, BNDP, BRRRC, BCDM, UFD,and Durable Solution are all names of birds that flew with me.
In overall, resettlement of Bhutanese refugee is because of my personal pressure to the international community, all embassy in Nepal, Nepal govt.,IOM, and UNHCR.
Here in the US, Obca is my organisation. I can do whatever i like and I don’t need to listen to others. Film is my face and money is in my thought. I don’t know about Magazin it’s somebody’s bussiness although obca is printed as publisher.
In the community, I help people who can not speak English language in the hospital and over the phone for interpretation, I yell and scream at them when they can not speak well in Nepali language. I take people to grocery store and ask them commission. Take people to income tax filling place and take secrete commission from accountant. For little work I ask something back drinks or smoke.
This is what I have and done and doing in the community.
Hello D.B.ji very good job!
To Phupten Dorgi, Shut up man. Shambhu initiated a hilarious work to support all Nepali speaking Bhutanese peoples who finally resettled in USA. You Drukpa elites are rude, filthy and ill nature, that’s why , Bhutan never achieves democracy. your country is the saddle of India.
